No there is no auxiliary input in some 2006 Volkswagen radios, but this is something you can add, you can plug the auxiliary interface, into the back of the radio or using the prewired CD changer cable in the trunk, center console or glove box

depends on when it was made in 2006.



if it does, it is in the glovebox, mounted on the ceiling of the box to the right of the **owners manual**

The 2006 GTi did not receive an auxilary input. If you look in the top right corner of the glovebox you should have a light, this is where the input is located on the 2007 models.

(I have an 06 GTi as well).
